Underaoes Surgery Judy Woolbert, who was critically injured shortly before Thanksgiving near Bellefonte, underwent surgery on her left arm on Monday. Judy stood the operation well and the injured member has been placed in a cast by Dr. Joseph Sgarlat who performed the surgery. She remains in traction however for a fractured pelvis and is still in the intensive care unit.
