Also arriving Saturday afternoon to spend a little time with Myrtle, was her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. D. Friend Hildebrandt of Apalachin Lake, N.Y. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Brown and children ‘Larry, Jr., Susan, Judy, and Mary from Clifton Heights, *Pa., brought the latter's mother, Lucy Morgan home after a 6 and half week visit there to spend the holi- days with Mr. and Mrs. John (Diana) Newberry and children Debbie, and Jo Ann on Ransom Road. Guests for the Thanksgiving Day dinner were the Brown's, Mr. and jMrs. Arthur Morgan and sons Dick{zind Billy, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Morgan and children Debbie, Doris, Bobby, and Roger and Aunt Ruth Derby from Laurel Run Boro. There were 22 for the dinner ill totaled. How about that for a crowd! They came all the way from New York to Christmas shop in Greater Wilkes- Barre and in Dallas, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Carlin and daughter Marilyn from Snow- shoe, Pa,. visited his sister Myra Carlin on Thanksgiving Day, when they all went out to dinner. ‘Weekend guests of Irene Moore e son, David and family from #issaic, N.J. Holiday guests from Wednesday until Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Ray- nd Moore, Ransom Road, were Charles and family and daugh- ter Jean Salsbury all from Rhode Island. Nephew Elwood Montanye joined the four brothers Charles, Wilfred, Kenneth and Edward Moore when they went bear nosing Sat- nrday. Myr. Ted Wilson, Lower Demunds Saturday, found some chestnut burrs. He gave them. to his grand- daughter, Sharon Morris to take to school. Visit Orphans . Some of the girls in the Young Girls Club spent the afternoon, last Sunday taking gifts, to the children at St. Stanislaus Institution. The ehildren had a lovely time.
