ployees at a Christmas Party Satur- |
day evening, December 12 at O’Con-
| nels Twin Lakes.

dancing.

Guests At Misericordia
Among school administrators who
attended the reception given by Col-
lege Misericordia to its team of
evaluators and guests Thursday
afternoon were Dr. Robert A. Mell-
man, superintendent of Dallas
Schools, and Lester B. Squier, super-
vising ~ principal of Lake-Lehman
Merged School and Jointure.

Improving At Nesbitt
Mrs. Herbert Southwell, Chase,
remain$ a patient in Nesbitt Hos-
pital after suffering severe injuries
several weeks ago at Wayland, N.Y.
Mrs. Southwell was driving with
her husband and son when their
car was struck broadside by a car
filled with hunters on their way to
a cabin.
Admitted to Wayland Hospital,
Mrs. Southwell was transferred to
Nesbitt Hospital and her own physi-
cian the next day.
Her right knee cap was fractured
and she suffered extensive facial
cuts necessitating many sutures.
Patient Better
Mrs. Lila Felt, Dallas, continues
to show improvement at Nesbitt
Hospital, following serious injury
several weeks. ago.
Now conscious, recovered from .
concussion and extreme shock, the
patient expects to have doctors re-
pair some of the broken bones,
shattered in the tragic accident
which claimed the lives of Mr. and
Mrs. Russell Achuff, Shavertown.
Marybel Huston
Mr. and Mrs. James B. Huston,
Jr., Red Ledge Drive, Dallas, an-
nounce the birth of a daughter,
Marybel, on December 5 in Nesbitt
Hospital.
The new arrival weighed in at
ten’ pounds, ten ounces.
There are two other children,
Janice, seven and James B., III, aged
four.

just released a new folder, “HIGH-
ROAD TO ADVENTURE THE HOS-
which describes the |
TEL WAY”,
1965' Summer Sponsored Trips Pro-
gram. This
brochure outlines 14 itineraries in |
the ‘Americas and 20 others in Eur- |
ope and Asia. These adventure-
packed, low-cost trips vary in price
from $170.00 for a four week bicycle
and train trip in New England, to
$1,090 for ‘a two month trip to
Japan. The trips are especially well
suited for students and teachers.
Groups are small numbering 8-11
people and time is allowed for inde-
pendent travel if desired. The fold-
