- John Coon And
Family Celebrate
The children of John Coon held
open house last Sunday afternoon |=
at his home in Carverton, honoring
his birthday anniversary. Many
friends from far and near calme to
give John their congratulations and
best wishes. In good rural style
of neighborliness the crowd milled
about the house and spacious yard
recalling old times and talking of
everything of common interest.
John doesn’t look any older than
he ever did and according to report
can still do a day’s work. Refresh-
ments were served by members of
his family.
