ference for teachers and administra-
tors, at Bloomsburg, on Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Donald Patton, Ful-
lerton, Pa., spent Saturday with his
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Pat-
ton. He is leaving soon to go to
National Cash Register School, Day-
ton, Ohio, for six months.

was called upon to extinguish a
slight fire at the home owned by

Mr .and Mrs. Robert Scouten and
daughter of Ruggles are now living in
the Garinger apartment, Kunkle
Road.
Mrs. Delmar Wintersteen has re-
turned home from Nesbitt Hospital
where she submitted to surgery.
Mr. and Mrs. Howard Higgins spent
several days in Danville, with their
daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs.
Lee Shepperson. They returned home
Saturday and spent Sunday with Mr.
and Mrs. O. F. Miner at Dickson, who
celebrated their fifty-fourth wedding
anniversary. Mrs. Higgins is the for-
four present.
