It was a wonderful show attended | by all of the neighbors who were | left aghast as the star preformers made their grand entrance in a pat- riotic spectacle waving American flags as they slid down a sliding board. There were clowns, too, and a trained animal act. Among the preformers, a little dis- arranged in this picture for easy indentification, were on the left, clowns Robin Sterling andTimmy Walters, Bonnie Baird who did a blackface Al Jolson pantomime, Carol Britt who did a baton twirling and aerial act, and behind them Bobbie Starling, master of ceremonies, who did impersonations of Bing Crosby and beside him tall Jim Waiters who did a Chubby Checkers Twist. To the right are Mary Jane Moss and her mathematically-minded West Highland Terriers, Jody, Becky and Morna, who have learned to count. Standing beside her are Cathy Wal- ters, and Connie Kuder, baton twirl- ers, who performed other acts. Grand entrance was made to the strains of William Tell Overture fol- lowed by the Parade of the Wooden Soldiers.
