Jacob Brin, a native of Lake Township and a career air- man, has been assigned a new area in which he will Recruit for the Air Force. Sgt. Brin, will have his main office in the Veterans’ Building, Wilkes-Barre, and will be at the Pittston Post Office on Tuesdays and Fridays. The new area the Sergeant has been assigned is the Greater Pitts- ton Area; Swoyerville, Franklin Township, Jackson Township, Kings- ton Township, Dallas Township, Dallas Borough, Lehman Township, Lake Township, Noxen Township, Monroe Township. Brin, a veteran of thirteen years with the Air Force has served half of this time with Headquarters United States Air Force at the Pen- tagon in Washington, D. C. and had an overseas tour in England plus three years of Recruiting in Wyom- ing Valley. Sgt. Brin states that the Air Force still needs young men and women to fill the openings that will exist in December and January. Also that many prior service men from any of the Armed Forces may enlist in the Air Force with choice of assignment and in many cases with the same grade they held when last separated.
