In 1928 my wife painted a wide gold band on a plate. Little did “she | think that it would be used as a cake plate at our 50th anniversary. Many of the original wedding gifts were used or were on display. We wish to thank all our wonder- ful friends and relatives for making the day such a memorable one, with many beautiful floral tributes as well as lovely and useful gifts which we will. treasure as long as we two shall live.
