An election committee has been set up of the following members: Vic Salansky, Pat Rittenhouse, Rus- sell Steele, Bob Hess, Sue Nuss, Jay Ruckle, Barry Evan, Rae Ann Har- vey, Pat Bialogowicz, Fred Little, Judy Shalata, Sandra Evan. Sets of colors selected by the classes will be submitted to the election committee in order to elim- inate duplicates and to prepare a ballot to be used by the entire stu- dent body from grades seven through twelve. The only color combinations that are not to be used are red and blue. formerly Lehman’s colors and blue and gold, formerly Lake’s colors. ’ Sophomore Contest The sophomores’ contest results were published in the Scottie Herald which we received on Friday. Sports On Monday we played Harter on the Lehman floor. On Tuesday we wrestle Benton on our home mats. Christmas Decorations All the classrooms in the Lehman building are decorated beautifully with chalk drawings on the black- boards. Christmas scenes are white paper and each set of windows is complete with candles, snowflakes, Santa Claus, snowmen and many other figures that reflect the spirit of Christmas. Leb- anon High School Band at the Rose- Bowl football game in Pasadena on New Year’s Day. Leaving here on Saturday, he will join Philip in Pittsburgh, and leave for California by special train which will carry the band and its supporters for their | second trip to the Rose Bowl. The Mt. Lebanon band has played for professional football games this season. Coming back, the train will be routed by the Grand Canyon. Bringing the news was Loren Keller's daughter, Mrs. Frank Prutz- man.
