Those need- Mrs. Anderson Is X-Rayed Again Bfter Car Crash Trailer Wheels Ride Over Crushed Car, Endanger 3 Lives Mrs. Fred Anderson, Shavertown, returned to Nesbitt Memorial Hos- pital on Saturday for further X-Rays to supplement those taken immed- iately after the car crash in which she was injured early Wednesday afternoon. She is still painfully bruised and shaken. Spine, neck and skull X-Rays were taken. Her uncle, Otto Bamert of Kingston, 73, driver of the wrecked car, taken unconscious to Nesbitt, was dis- charged on Sunday. Mrs. Anderson had a narrow escape from death when the wheels of a mammoth tractor-trailer crushed the car in which she was a passenger, leaving it a total wreck on Route 11, near the turnoff to Hunlock Creek. Mrs. Anderson, in the front seat, when she felt the roof caving in like matchwood,; threw her ‘arm over the young cousin who vas sitting beside her, drawing her head into her lap and crouching over her .| to protect her with her own body. The wheel stopped within an inch of her head. from numerous lacerations.
