Owens, of Spring Street. The home is expected to be complete and ready for oc- cupancy by the first of the year. Dr. Owens will be the third dentist in that block on Machell Avenue. With two optometrists, a physician, and a funeral home, the block is taking on a professional character. The other dentists are Dr. William Kennedy and Dr. Carleton Davies. The physician is Dr. A. A.
