Said Ordinance provides that no public dump for accumulation -of garbage or rubbish shall be per- mitted or maintained on any land in said Township upon the present Township dump or to such places as may be designated from time to time by the Board of Supervisors as the official Township dump. Said Ordinance also prohibits the bringing into the said Township from anywhere outside the Town- ship any garbage or rubbish for depositing, or disposing of in said! Township. Said Ordinance further- prohibits the use of any private property within the said Township of Lake, for the establishment, maintaining, or carrying on of a dump for the receiving, unloading, dumping, de- positing or disposal of garbage or rubbish of persons, firms, or asso- ciations not residents of Lake Town- ship.
