By virtue of a writ of Fi. Fa No.
13 May Term 1955, issued out of
the Court of Common Pleas of
Luzerne County, to me directed,
there will be exposed to public sale
by vendue or outcry to the highest
and best bidders, for cash, in Court
Room No. 1, Court House, in the
City of Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne Coun-
ty, Pennsylvania, on Friday, April
22, 1955, at 10 o'clock in the fore-
noon of the said day, all the right,

F. Gordon Mathers, et ux. to
George Pinchak and Hazel Pinchak,
his wife, grantors herein, by deed
dated Nov. 27, 1945, and recorded
Deeds in and for Luzerne County in
Deed Book Volume 875, page 501.
BEING improved with a garage,
restaurant and home known as
“Harmony House,” as shown on
map prepared by F. L. Heslop, Reg-
istered Surveyor, dated August 5,
1952 and attached to deed recorded
in the Recorder of Deeds Office of
Luzerne County on Deed Book 1174,
page 371,
BEING the same premises con-
veyed to Walter Derby and Alice
Derby, his wife, by deed of George
Pinchak and Hazel Pinchak, his
wife, by deed dated September 30,
1952, and recorded in the Recorder
of Deeds Office of Luzerne County
in Deed Book 1174, page 371.
SUBJECT to the same conditions,
reservations, restrictions, easements
and exceptions as the same are con-
tained in said deed and prior deeds
in chain of title.

Irem Golfers
Set Opening
Weckesser Day
Set For May 7
Opening Day for Irem Golfers,
known es “F. J. Weckesser Day” is
to be held Saturday, May 7 on the
club links in Dallas. This date was
set at a meeting of the Schedule
and Rules Committees held Tuesday
at the Country Club with Ernest
Wellhofer, schedules chairman, and
George Common, rules chairman,
presiding.
The opening event will be a
member - guest, best - ball tourna-
ment and members can procure
tickets from various golf chairmen,
or from Ray Gettle, club pro.
As a result of requests from last
year, the committee has scheduled
six member - member tournaments
for the coming season.
It was also announced that gull
fying rounds for the Irem Club
Championship would start July 30
and the big Invitational Best-Ball-
Of-Partners Tournament is planned
for August 12, 13, and 14.
Golfers Closing Day Banquet is to
be held September 24 this year.
Mrs. Jean Baker To Wed
Joseph Hockenbury
Announcement has been made of
the approaching marriage of Mrs.
Jean Baker, Dallas R. D. 1, and
Joseph Hockenbury of Harveys
Lake.
Mr. Hockenbury, formerly opera-
tor of Joe’s Floor Covering Com-
pany in Wilkes-Barre, is now asso-
ciated with Jay's Tavern at Har-
veys Lake.
The wedding will take place in
June.
