Kocher, 24, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Kocher, Route 1, Noxen, recently arrived in Berlin for duty with the 6th Infantry Regiment. The 6th Regiment guards Amer- ican installations and undergoes intensive training in the former German capital. British, French, Russian and U. S. troops have occupied Berlin since the end of World War II. Sergeant Kocher, whose wife, Lois, lives in Balboa, Canal Zone, is a squad leader in the regiment's Headquarters Company. He entered the Army in March 1951. With Army In Alaska U. S. Forces, Alaska—PFC Donald A. Wesley, whose wife, Jean, lives in Hunlock Creek, recently arrived for duty at the Alaska General Depot.
