Land was donated by Dallas Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs. This is the second township forest in the State of Pennsylvania. The first, begun at Noxen two years ago, was also sponsored by Dallas Rotary Club. Plans call for 50,000 trees to be planted within the next few ‘years.
