Students Form Band At Dallas T ownship School Wilkes-Barre Symphony Orchestra Presents Concert for Students and Parents on Wednesday The Wilkes-Barre Symphony Or- chestra gave an hour concert to pupils and parents of Dallas township last ‘Wednesday afternoon. The purpose was to organize a school band. Pupils were given instruments on trial to determine the ome to which they are best adapted. ; Pay Final Homage On Tuesday afternoon the drivers took faculty and pupils to the Trucksville M. E. They are used before games while the boys are warming up. Both Teams Lose Both boys and girls lost to Lehman in a league game at Kunkle on Fii- day night. The Dallas girls handicapped by the absence of eral first string players and lost by a large score. Conner of Lehman and Spencer of Dallas were high scorers. i The boys’ game was very close, the final score being 12-9. Both teams played a strong defensive game.
