She is convalescing slowly and is able to sit a little dai- ly. Her sister, Mrs. Clinton Yeckley, is staying with her during her ill- ness. A birthday surprise party was held on Saturday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Farabaugh, Lo- retto, R. D., in honor of Clyde's bir- thday anniversary. Thirty guests at- tended, and a very enjoyable even- ing was spent by playing cards, fol- lowed by lunch.
