of the same: That after the pUssARe

persons intend to erect or place any
building on any lot of ground in the
Borough of Patton, adjoining any
Street or Alley, he, she, or they, shall,
before commencing the same, aeoer
tain the correct line of said lt and
shall not erect said building closer than

Streets or Avenues in the Borough, or
that may subsequently be luid out as
Streets in said Borough of Patton, with!
the exception of Fifth Avenue on which
