At high noon a man will make a sen- , satlonal high dive from the summit of the Electric Tower into a doop dredged portion of the grand canal. In tho afternoon tho gayoty will bo confined chiefly to the big Stadium, the seating capacity of which Is to be in creased. For several hours an immense modorn day circus will prevail; also a Wild West Show with all the excite ment of sham Indian fights and the startling horsemanship of vao,uoro red man and cow puncher.
