Daniels, deceased, the tract known as "the Williams lot" In Rarnett township, Jefferson county, for the price of 145,000; they also purchased on the same day from the heirs of Charles S. Daniels, deceased, the tract In the same township known as "the Herring lot,"' for tho price of tl!,000. The former tract contains 160 acres and the latter 210 acres. Both are well timbered with fine white pine, oak and hemlock timber.
