Herpel, or any of thorn residing on Grant street, have permis sion to lay six-inch connecting sewer in north side of Grant streot from Third to Fourth streets, to the depth of four fcot, said private sewer to connect with publlo sewer at Pitch Pine run. Said private sewer to bo subject to all the rules and regulations of said bor ough, made or to bo made governing public sewer, the borough reserving the right to sever the connection at any time of Its own motion, and to order Its removal on ton days' notice. The abovo numod parties to be responsible for all damages that might occur by reason of making said connection or having said sewer." A similar resolution was passed for A. P. King, on Grant streot. McAtee & Wright being the lowest bidders were awarded the contraot of putting in the sewor at Kt.05 per rod, work to be completed in (10 days.
