The prosecutor served in tho regular army recently and was beaten because ho resented uncomplimentary remarks tho defendant mado concerning the army. Mrs. Wladik Fredina, assault and battery, on oath of Andrew Piercjak; $200 ball. John and Mary Wasser and Miko Czaukas, assault and battery, oath of William Anus. Each of the men was hold in $1,000 bail, and tho woman la $300.
