Losch, who has been confined to his homo at Schuylkill Haven for several weeks after a critical illness, left this morn ing for Uarrishurg. Considerable legislation is now pending affecting this county, and the Senator is anxious to be at the capitol to push it along. Ho is especially interested in the appropriations, notably that for the Miners' hospital and the two charitable institutions here. The Justices' bill Is also in a committee of conference, and the fato of that moisure will likely bo decided this week, Thero is a general impression that the bill will pass, with the amendment making it applicable only to wards having 1,500 population stricken out.
