One Company Discontinues the Sale of 'Mileage Books. The Lehigh Valley passenger trainmen are being measured for their spring uni forms. It Is stated upon reliable authority that tho new time table of the Lehigh Valley Railroad has been countermanded. The time table for nil the coal branches had been prepared and were ready lor distribu tion whon n message reached Delano from General Mnnager Wilbur counter manding them. The Lehigh Valley Coal Co. Is to ac quire control of nil the collieries now leased to Individuals ns quick as leases expire. The Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad has discontinued the sale of mileage books. The order to that effect went Into operation last Friday.
