Ten days loss of time on account of sicknesH and a doctor bill to pay, is any thing but pleasant for a miu o a family to contemplate, whether he is a laborer, mechanic, merchant or publisher. Jas. O. Jones, publisher of the Lender, Mexin, Texas, was sick iu bed for ten days with the grip during its prevalence a year or two ago. Later in the season he had a second attack. He snys : "In the latter case I used Chnmbrrlnln's Cough Remedy with considerable success, I think, only being in bed a little over two unys. rue second attack I am satisfied would hnve been equally as bad as the first but for the use of this remedy." It should be borne in mind that the grip is much the same as a very severe cold nnd requires precisely the same treatment. When you wish to cure a cold quickly and effectually give this remedy a trial. 25 and 50 cent bottles for sale by Grnhler Bros. Personally-Conducted Florida Tours via Pennsylvania Railroad. A certainty of the coming summer no scarcity of ice. As the cold strengthens the average coal pile weakens. BllKEards are expensive things for the railroad companies. It has been tough weathoron the motor men and conductors. It takes a snail exactly 14 days and 5 hours to travel a mile. Only two more bllzaards soheduled. Keep up your courage. Also your fires. A lazy boy can ask more questions in an hour than a lively man can answer iu a year. Railroaders say the tramps are stealing ties from along the tracks to use for bon fires. Economy is the road to wealth, and it is a poor housekeeper who wastes unythiug needlessly. A man "too busy" to take care of his health is like a workman too busy to sharpen his tools. Just to think that iu this same world people will be fanning themselves six months from now. Snow banks receive deposits, but pay no interest and declare no dividends, but go into liquidation finally. Sometimes men like to see their names in print, aud then again they don't. It depends on how they figure. Many of the hardy little sparrows have succumbed as a result of the recent severe visitation of Arctic weather. Lost Her Hand But Saved Her Life. Mtpt-h ftrmirlit the Aflvlce of Dr. David Kennedy, discoverer of Favorite Remedy. Dr. Kennedy lound it impos sible to save the hand, so he amputated the same, then cave her Favorite Remedy which drove the poisonous disease out of her system, cleansed the blood, thus sav lng her life. Had Favorite Remedy been used earlier in the development of erysipelas, Mrs. Myers would have saved her hand. The worxt cases of eczema, salt rheum and sciofulu, yield to Favorite Remedy.
