H. Mil- ler, proprietor. 7-1 The Criminal Court closed its session on Thursday, of last week, after the jury brought in a verdict of not guilty in the case of the Commonwealth vs, Leroy Berkebile. The trial of the case occupied the greater part of five days. There were twenty-seven witnesses examined, three of whom were re- called and the jury were out just a few minutes less than two hours.
