Oscar Wagner, who for a long time has been suffering with a very sore hand, went to the Mercy Hospital, in Pittsburg, last” week, upon the advice of his physician, to have the sore ex- amined by specialists. We are very sorry to learn that the Pittsburg doc- tors pronounced the sore a cancer, and recommended the removal of the greater portion of the hand. The rem- edy is a severe one, but we trust that it will effect a cure. Oscar intends to have the operation performed just as sooon as he finishes some painting which he now has on hand. The can- cer is on his left hand, but the Pitts- burg surgeons think they will be able to save the thumb and index finger. That languid, lifeless feeling that comes with spring and early summer, can be quickly changed to a feeling of buoyancy and energy by the judicious use of Dr. Shoop’s Restorative. The customary lack of exer- cise and outdoor air ties up the liver, stagnates the kidneys, and oft-times weakens the Heart’s action. Use Dr. Shoop’s Restorative a few weeks and all will be changed.
