Georgo was A quiet, well hchavol, unassuming young man of about twenty-two sum mers. For the past fow years ho had worked at carpentering. Last spring ho gained an apprenticeship iu the grist-mill of Cliaihs P. Swenglo ; and it was here, whilo in the faith ful performance of his duties that be was forced to meet his death. George was alone in the mill when the aecident happened. Ho was found shortly alter three o'clock by some children who happened into the mill. The young man was tho oldest of throe children aud the main support of his father ami mother, tho father having been an invalid for many years. Tho family have the heartfelt sym pathy of the entire community in their sad bereavement. Tho fuuera will take place I riday at 10 a. m. at Hassiugcr's (brick) church.
