nomination for Congressman at -

present depression as a legacy of

intended to benefit foreign conn

discussed President Cleveland's
Iluwniian policy, nnd termed the
lirst act of tho present administra
tion tollbo nn effort to restore a
"broken down monarchy." Mr,
Grow bhowed that ho is vigorous
both mentally and physically. His
address was extremely forceful, and
favorablo comments upon it were
generally made. Tho convention
then adjurned sine die.
