Judge Frank Trexler of Lehigh County filed an opinion of Stato wide interest on Monday, decid ing the question of payment by a county for the burial of a soldier who dies in another county. Tho case arose from tho death of Lieutenant Ilobcrt 11am morsly of Altoona, who died at the Sol diers' Home in Hampton, Va Judge Trexler upheld thecoun ty commissioners in their refu sal to pay the bill, deciding that only those soldiers who die with in the county are to be buried at the county's expense.
