Through the kindness of John Gtt and Nathaniel Jtotz the pu pils of Douglass school, Todd township were treated to a sled ride, on the 2f)th ult. After having placed the pupils upon the Bleds- cross w iBe, lengthwise, and otherwise, the sleds started and it was not long until they were all landed at Sum mer's school, whore they visited a short time, and then returned to their homes well pleased with the trip, aud Summer's school, which is taught hy Miss Mary Ott, was just as highly pleased with the visit.
