In a recent talk to the consta
bles Judge White.oflndiaua coun
ty, called their attention to the
law requiriug supervisors to pick
he loose stones from the roads,
saying it was very important that
his law be enforcod. He also
;K)inted out the fact that a tine of
10 can be recovered from any
supervisor who refuses this duty.
The first case of this kind was
brought In Blair county last week
when two supervisors were sued
for failiug to remove loose stones
from a public road. It would be
well for some Fulton county
supervisors to heed and comply
with the law iu this respect.
