Judge Fanning on Monday re fused the application for a license for a new liotel at ( amptown, Brad ford county, to Henry Middetulorf, formerly of this county. Henry Mosher was killed in the Proctor, Ellison and Co. tannery at Klkland on Monday of last week. Mr. Mosher was a machinist and was on a barrel repairing an endless chain. He lived only fifteen minutes after the machinery was stopped.
