A new oil lield b;<s been discover ed near Bradford, McKean county. A well that is llowing at the rate of 250 barrels per day has been struck on lands of the Bingham estate on tho line of the old Bradford, Bor dell and Kinzua narrow guage rail road. This is one of the largest oil wells struck inside of ten years in the Bradford territory, and it opens and lengthens out a pool of oil which is creating great excitement among oil men and means auother big boom for Bradford. It is rumored that the Lehigh Valley Rail Road will run over the Williamsport A. North Branch track to Hall's and that the W. & X. IJ. will continue their trains to Towan da. in the very near future. If this rumor is true, and we have no rca«» son to doubt it, as it comes from good authority; it will more thin double the business now done on the W. & N. 8., and make it much more convenient for the traveling public.
