WILKESBARRE, Pa, Feb. 25 — With for some years Is now broken up, This condition is the result of a wholesale raid planned for wecks in order that the ax might be laid at the roots in a ganization which Las made the lives of hundreds of peaceful Italans of the mining towns of this county a condi tion of terror for years past. Lee, formerly of Waverly, but who has resided in El- mira for a long time past, died last Saturday morning at his home in that city He had conducted a grocery store in Elmira for some time, and was 55 years of age. Waverly—This morning at 9:30 the funeral of Patrick Kanalr, who died last Thursday night took place from the St. James church and was very largely attended. Many out of town people were present having come [rom Elmira and other places. The fun- eral was In charge of W. C.
