He was fireman on the Black Diamond and afterwards an engineer. In an accident at Meshoppen about three years ago he was severely injured and io cousequence was obliged to give up his position but he continued to work for the company in the shops where he later received several oth- er injurizs. Simp=on, a prom- inent dentise here, for the murder of wealthy contractor of Northport, who was shot to death by Simpson at his talesman, suddenly expired of heart disease.
