Pierce, director cf the New York state de- partment of health for the purpose of ascertaining its fi:ness for ice The report states that the two tests showed 300 and 750 organisms per cutic centimeter, and there was no | colon bacillus found in the sample received, and it was free from any organic pollution. The test showed that the water was of a bigh degree |of purity.
