Ropp died {yesterday afternoon at about 4 o'clock at his home on Clark street. His death was due to dropsy, from which he had suffered for some (time. Death came unexpectedly, for while he had bzen ill for some time his condition had improved considerably during the past weck He was 68 years of age and had had lived in Waverly for the last 24 years, having moved here from Renova, Pa. He was a machinist by trade and had worked at the Sayre shops for a number of years, He is survived by his wife and threc sans, George, Edward and Clifford, all of "Waverly, Two brothers and two sisters live at York, Pa.
