Miller, a laborer, who resides near the cove, was instantly killed this afterncon between 2 and | 3 o'clock in the upper Lehigh Valley yards a few fect beyond the Hall signal tower Miller was walking east on the ‘eastbound track and evideotly did not hear the approach of Lehigh passenger train No. 4 which came up behind him running late. The pilot of the engine struck him in the left side of his head and his body was thrown several feet from the track.
