He has a great liking for pie, seven pieces at a time being his usual amount, so some of the members provided one that was up to his capacity. But sad to relate, some unscrupulous stole it, and walked home all the way across the vill- age so that it would not be taken from him. It was stolen the next day however, and has been con signed to the interior department of several of his friends. O'Shea, who conducts under- taking rooms on Packer avenue, was about to file a petition in bank- ruptcy.
