It was only a night or two since that a horse and wagon were left outside of a business place in this city for a few moments, while the owner was transacting some business. When the owner of the horse and wagon desired to proceed home he could find his outfit. Later he saw two men and a boy driving the rig through the streets of the city, and when he called to them to stop, he did so, but the men jumped from the rig and left the boy alone with the horse. If the men had ‘been caught that night we might be able to chronicle the arrest of a pair of horse thieves who had been bound over to court. The men “who delight in this sort of thing ‘are known and if it continues they will surely come to grief.
