Raymond of the United States circuit
court has decided the Eck Brook case,
| lavolving the inheritance of Indian |
land allotments. Eck Brook, white, |
| married an Indian woman, Que child |

| received 100 acres of land each. The
| wife and child died, and Brook claim-

law prohibited the allenation of land
