The proposed establishment of an Uui
ted States Court in Indian Territory and
the division of the land in severalty among
the natives is being sharply opposed in
Congress. It is said the proposition is
looked upon as an initial movement to

Coal managers have resolved upon an
other advance in coal. The Delaware &

bullet tore a hole in the General's coat be
tween his ribs and hip, where penetration
with deadly effect was a certainty had not
the protecting mail arrested the bullet.
The Rev. Dr. Rudder, for many years
pastor of one of the wcalthiert Protestant

expressed her intention of returning to

her to relinquish this determination, and
will create a fund out of which she will be
provided for during the rest of her life.
