of Sullivan. writes no under date of June 2, as

death by. his own hand. He was missed at
about 7 o clock ; and upon search being made be

that he had been dead for some hours. No cause
was assigned for the commission of the deed,
and it was not observed by any one of the family
that he was out of usual health and spirits.
"Coroner Peters held an inquest upon the body
and a verdict fn accordance with the facts was
rendered. Mr. Webster leave an aged father and
three children, together with a large circle of
friends to ravel, his untimely death."

18, 1857, to prevent cattle, ac., from running
_at large in the borough of Mansfield:
On motion, Resolved, by the Burgess and
Connell of the borough of Mansfield, and it is
hereby ordained by authority of the same, That
(from and after due publication of this supple
ment) all that portion of an ordinance passed
April 18, 1857, permitting mllch cows to run at
large in said borough, be and the same is hereby
