VHFREAS, at the last Term of the Court of Common Pleas of Hunting don county, the Petition of sundry members of the " Phenix Fire Company of the Bor ough of Huntingdon," praying for a charter of incorporation, together with an instrument in writing, specifying the objtcts, articles, conditions and name, style or title under which they have associated or mean to asso ciate, were presented to the said Court ; whereupon it was Considered by the said Court and ordered that the same be filed lu my office.
