Section 2, that if any j idge and inspec tors r.f election, or nnjT one cf them shall receive or consent to receive any such -unlawful ballot or ballots, from any such dis qualified person, he c they, so offending, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, upon conviction thereof, iu any court of quarter sessions of this Cjmmonwea'.th, he shall for aach ofience, be sentenced t'i pay a fine of not less than one hundred dollars, and to undergo an imprisonment, in the jail of the proper ccunty, for not less thtn sixty d.iys. Section 3. That if any person deprived of citizenship and disqualified as aforesaiJ, shall at any election, hereafter to be held in this Commonwealth, vote, or tender to the officers thereof, and offer to vote a ballot or ballots, anv I crson so offending shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on convictkm thereof, in any court of quarter sessions of this Common wealth, fchall for each offence, be punished in like manner as is provided in the preceding sectin of this act, in the case of e'fficers of election re ceiving such unlawful ballot, or ballots. Section 4. That if any person shall here after persuade, or advise, any person or per sons, deprived of citizenship, and disquali fied as aforesaid, to offer any ballot or ballots to the efik:crs cf any election hereafter to be held in this Commonwealth, or shall per suade or advise any such officer to receive any ballot er ballots, from any person de prived of citizenship, and disqualified as aforesaid, such person so offending slnll be guilty of a misdedeanor, and upon convic tion thereof in anycotnt of quat ter sessions e f this Commonwealth, shall be punished in like mannej ns is provided in the second section of this act, iu the case tfiicers of such election receiving such unlawful ballot or ballots.
