Whore all did there part so well, it seems al most—invidious to — malce — any — KrifOMU comments, but we cannot refrain. The overture "Zampa" and " Ventre a Terre" by Mrs. hail and Miss Julia C. "Under the Daisies" by Miss S'ile Rhey. "Dear me Norma" by the Misses Ogilby. " M'appari" by Miss Whitman, and " The Future Shines so 13rightly" by Miss Conlyn, deserve special notice. Miss Annie Ogilby however, took h er part " There I sere Shepherd's Abiding," and did herself gloat credit, her vocal attainments a! re indeed of. superior character. = The full choruses rendered by the entire association were well selected and executed in a superior manner. Miss Weaver, Mr. 'Woodward and Captain Landis, deserve a complimentary notice for the handsome manner in which they rendered their respective parts. In these pieces the culture and skill of the 4ssociation. is manifested. Not a mis take'could he detected, the musicfllowed on in .perfect harmony, and fell upon the ear with delightful melody. It was to he regretted that "Profando Ba8so" did not appear in the prograurtne, but the indisposition of one of the parties who supports hini in his master-piece deprived the audience of a rare treat. We heard this piece rendered sometime ago by Mr. Herman. in his- own peculiar style. Amongst his supportets we noted particularly, the full rich "alto" of Miss Bella Beeler. By some singular coincidence the ladies, with two exceptions, ivero all dressed in the saute colors. This ap peared at first to have been agreed upon and designed before hand, but wo were informed that it was trot, and that the ladies were as much suprised at it when each made her appearance upon the stage as the audimMe were delightod and pleased.
