Dickinson Awake 1
A large and enthusiastic meeting of the
Union Republican citizens of Dickinson and
the adjoining Townships was hold at the
Stone Tavern, on Tuesday evening last. .
Tho meeting was organized by the elec
tion of David Lefever as President and Eli
Bushman as Vice President.
Able and telling addresses were made by
Messrs. Sadler, Hays, Adair, Smith, Innem
and Garman.
We can safely conclude from the charac
ter and intense interest manifested by
the large assemblage present that Dickinson
is awake, and will give a largely increased
vote for the Union ticket.
