5. The term of service having -Leen eirtingeel

manders or depots and posts, is specially direct
ed. (See No 738, A It,)

one ration per day is allowed every soldier,
which is amply sufficient for 11;s subsistence
also a large supply of comfortablle and gen
teel clothing. Good quarters and fuel are at
ell times furnished: and every attention will
be paid to making those men who may enlist.
