"He wanted to come back and
we had a great date available,"
Punt said. "We are still working
on an opening act, but wanted to

QB choice undecided
By Brendan Monahan

With three days until the sea

At Joe Paterno's Tuesday
press conference, he said the
decision should come within a

multiple quarterbacks will likely
play.
"You just don't know what

Today is the last chance for
season ticket holders to declare
their intentions concerning 2011
season tickets to either retain,
upgrade, relocate or waive them.
The Alrnquists, as well as the
others in their section, are the
exceptions. They don't have the
option of retaining their current
seats because the student sec
tion will include more south end
zone seating, forcing them to
give up their seats.
"I have mixed feelings,"
Carmella Almquist said.
"Everyone needs money ...
Penn State is just keeping up."
Penn State and the Nittany
Lion Club initiated the program
last spring as a way to increase
revenue for its self-supported
athletic department. The plan
calls for an organized pay model:
the larger the donation, the bet

Penn State will call for a mini

on top of the ticket price. The

and south upper deck endzone
requires a donation of at least
